Dr. Doug Endel studied Biomedical Engineering at the University of Cincinnati, and earned his D.C. degree with Honours from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2008. After graduating, he practised as a chiropractic and furthered his training in Seattle.
This course is designed for anyone who feels that they should stretch and mobilize more. It is ideal for beginners or seasoned athletes. You can begin to benefit from stretching and mobilizing as the course will walk you through tests to do at home and show you exactly what you should and should not feel with each exercise.
